REFUND POLICY

GIFTS OR DONATIONS

Charitable gifts or donations (in any form) are generally not refundable or returnable. Refunds may be made in the event of a mistake or if the purpose for which the gift is given cannot be fulfilled by the organization. Individuals who receive refunds have the responsibility of correcting any tax filings they have made reflecting the refunded amount.  

**Refunds are at the discretion of the President/Founder of the Daughters of Zion-Women of Destiny organization.  

By submitting payment, donation, charitable gift via this website or in person, you agree to the terms outlines herein.

EVENT REGISTRATION

Unless otherwise stated in event registration or program website, the Daughters of Zion, Women of Destiny organization has no obligation to return or refund fees paid to participate in an event or program.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

• Unless specifically stated on registration materials, refunds will not be available to registrants who choose to cancel their registration or choose not to attend an event.
• Due to the commitment that DOZ-WOD must make to put on/stage the event or support one of its missions/projects, there will be no refunds for purchased tickets. All event ticket sales are final.

Event Cancellation by Sponsor

• The Daughters of Zion-Women of Destiny (DOZ-WOD) reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances that would make the event nonviable.
• If an event is canceled by DOZ-WOD, registrants may or may not be offered a refund.
• In unlikely situations where an event is canceled due to weather, an emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, DOZ-WOD may not be able to offer a refund.
